The staff offered really good assistance . They were always available. The room was equipped with a large, comfortable bed. A complimentary bottle of wine welcomed me upon arrival, a nice touch i thought. The hotel provided fresh water daily, a really appreciated amenity.
The temperature control in the room was limited. I could only adjust the fan speed, not the actual temperature.

I found the location convenient with metro and bus stations nearby. plaza españa and plaza catalunya were within walking distance. I liked that. the room was spacious and clean. The bathroom also was very clean. i was glad the bathroom included all necessary amenities.
the parking situation was inconvenient, as the spaces were unsuitable for larger vehicles, such as suvs.

The room was clean i suppose the staff were nice enough.
The air conditioning barely worked it was basically a fan. I asked about it at reception and they acted like i was speaking another language. Also the walls are paper thin i heard EVERYTHING my neighbors were doing so romantic.

I appreciated the friendly staff who were always ready to help. the location was also great. It was close to many restaurants and shops. the housekeeping team kept my room very clean, i was grateful.
I noticed the hotel seemed quite noisy. I could hear sounds from other rooms. the breakfast was lacking. It reminded me of only the bare minimum was served.

The location is quite advantageous. It's a short walk to multiple bus stops and the metro. The aerobus stop is also conveniently close (about 5 minutes on foot). I found many nice restaurants and cafes nearby in a quiet neighborhood. Breakfast included varied options each day of my stay. The staff were helpful and cute.
The soundproofing was not effective. I could hear noises from adjacent rooms.

The air conditioning in the room did not cool properly, and it was july, i found no relief from the heat. public areas were also inadequately cooled. It was not comfortable
