The staff was VERY friendly! The location is near Oxford Road. It was easy to get downtown. The buffet breakfast was excellent. It had a great variety.
My room was very basic. I think the carpet has seen better days. The shower temperature control was a little hard to turn, TOO.

The staff was helpful and available. Free parking was a great perk as I had a car. Breakfast offered a nice variety of choices. The location proved convenient for access to various parts of the area. I used public transport without issue. The environment felt safe and cute.
I could hear neighbor conversations. Thin walls perhaps.

The breakfast was a standout! It included a good variety of options, such as fresh croissants and a selection of teas. The staff members were friendly and helpful, always willing to assist with requests. Secure parking was available, which gave me peace of mind . The location was very accessible, thanks to a great bus route.
The room could have been cleaner. I found some dust and cobwebs, especially around the ceiling. The shower pressure was also quite weak, take longer to wash.
