Pleasant Stay with Helpful Staff
spacious suite high ceilings four-poster bed
I stayed in a bridal suite and it was very spacious. I also noted its high ceilings and attractive four-poster bed. The staff were helpful carrying my heavy suitcase up two flights of stairs I found this very kind. The location proved convenient for local amenities.
There was a minimal amount of off-street parking available. I incurred significant costs because of parking in the nearby street.

The desk staff exhibited helpful and professional behavior I found their assistance invaluable . They addressed my inquiries efficiently and provided useful information regarding local attractions I appreciated this.

The hotel did not offer extensive dining options, but complimentary tea and coffee were available in my room. The kettle worked effectively and I made use of the provided milk and sugar I was satisfied with this provision.

The room offered a comfortable environment, and all amenities were in good working order. I found that towels and toiletries were fully provided. The room had adequate storage space for luggage and personal items I thought it was very convenient.

The hotel is situated very close to the beach allowing easy access. Public transport links are also within easy reach which offers access to other parts of the city. I considered this location to be satisfactory.

the single bed was REALLY comfortable. the location was great and the bus stop was directly outside.

helpful staff wide street
The staff were very helpful and also kind! The hotel is close to the seafront. It is a pleasant short walk. There are loads of supermarkets and restaurants nearby. It is a very wide street too.
The curtains did not fully cover the window.

surprisingly nice stay
great location friendly staff
the location worked out great. the staff allowed me to store my bike over the weekend (super convenient!). also, i could keep my breakfast in their fridge, and they were quite friendly doing it. it helped a lot with my plans.
There was some noise at night. I could hear doors slamming (it was a bit disruptive). a new soundproofing would be a great plus for light sleepers.

i saw a continental breakfast available. it included cereals, pastries, and fruits (a simple, but sufficient offering). the dining area was kept clean, and the staff restocked items regularly.

my standard single room had a tv, a kettle, and free tea and coffee. the room included a desk with a lamp and a wardrobe for storage. the bedsheets looked clean, and i could notice that a daily housekeeping service was provided.

the hotel provides free wi-fi access throughout the building. there's also private parking available at the back of the hotel (this is great, by the way!). the reception operates 24 hours, providing constant assistance.

the staff was friendly and helpful. i needed assistance with my heavy suitcase, and a staff member carried it up two flights of stairs for me. the room was also a decent size..
the room's window faced a building site. part of the adjoining building looked abandoned. the lift was not working..

surprisingly good location and friendly staff!
weekend storage onsite parking comfy bed quiet area
the staff stored my bike for the entire weekend! i also left my breakfast in their fridge. i appreciated the onsite private parking. the bed was comfy and the area quiet, but close to the seafront. the wide street had supermarkets and restaurants nearby.
the hotel furniture is a bit old.

mixed feelings about this stay
car park view stingy quilt
the hotel showed its age. my room's window looked directly onto a rather uninspiring car park. the lack of net curtains made privacy a bit of a joke, considering the view. plus, the double bed came with a single quilt.. a rather stingy touch.
