The staff was very accommodating to my request for an early check-in. This allowed me to drop my luggage. my room was very comfortable. the included breakfast was well-stocked.

The breakfast buffet had many options I liked. The staff kindly helped me take my luggage upstairs! The hotel's location was great, near restaurants. The room had a coffee maker, super handy!
The room got a little warm and I couldn't change the temperature.

The hotel is right next to parking. It is also near the main street. These points make it a great spot. This helps explore the area easily, like the train station.

The facilities here are good. I like the snug and the restaurant area. The buffet area was also perfect, with many food options. I like the buffet food selection.

The room was clean and well equipped. The location is also good. I found the breakfast to be simple, self-service, but there was enough choice. I think it is good value.
The kettle had black mould inside , I saw this in room 4 and the kettle needs removing immediately. The glass shower door doesn't appear to be fully attached. It feels like it might come off the runners when you open and close the door, this could be very dangerous.

the room was spacious and clean, a great combo. the staff were friendly and helpful (always a plus, isn't it?). i liked the convenient location, easy to pop out and about. the breakfast included muffins and fruit, perfect to start the day.

the staff was REALLY friendly. my room was clean and spacious at the same time. the location made it easy to get around town.
there was noise at night because it IS above a pub. i had to asked for them to turn on the heating in my room. a Stool was broken and i had to replace myself.
