Review summary
Based on recent reviews
Powered by AI
Many guests appreciate the Regency Hotel's prime location, finding it's just a short walk from the beach, shops, and restaurants, with some rooms boasting a fantastic view of the seafront and West Pier. The rooms are generally considered a great size, often featuring dressing tables, chairs, and convenient amenities like a fridge; some even have balconies overlooking Regency Square and the i360. While the lack of a lift and the presence of stairs in an older building can be a bit challenging for some, the overall experience is often viewed as a good value for money.

mouldy groutingsewage smell
I encountered a few issues . The cleanliness of the bathroom was not up to par. There was significant mold in the grouting, especially in the lower half of the shower. This made the bathroom smell of sewage. There were also a lot of flies in the bathroom throughout my stay.
