good breakfast clean room dated decor missing card
the breakfast was good it had a decent selection. the staff were friendly and helpful to me. the room was clean and it had everything i needed.
the decor seemed dated it needs a refresh. i found no 'do not disturb' cards.

The room was clean. The bed was so comfortable! I found fresh towels every day. The breakfast included in the price was very good. It was a great deal!
The car park felt insecure. It was also like a dump yard. Someone vomited near my car one night! It was so annoying.

The staff was professional and informed. the room included tea and coffee facilities with a hot water kettle and a tv. i also appreciated the inclusion of a full english breakfast in my offer. It proved surprisingly good. i found the free parking especially convenient.
i found that the shower in the room could use some updating as it looked a bit worn. the water pressure was lower than ideal. i hope this will be resolved soon.

this hotel offers secure, free parking, which i found quite beneficial. the location is conveniently just outside the london ulez area.. this suited my needs perfectly, especially with travel requirements.

corridor noise slamming doors
the breakfast was good and filling.
I was disappointed by the noise. I could clearly hear people moving around in the corridor all night and doors slamming shut. it was hard to get a good night's sleep because of it.
