The staff were so friendly and helpful. The breakfast offered a huge choice including a full English option, fresh fruit, and various hot drinks.
My room faced the front of the building. I noticed quite a bit of traffic noise at times.

The staff was professional and informed. the room included tea and coffee facilities with a hot water kettle and a tv. i also appreciated the inclusion of a full english breakfast in my offer. It proved surprisingly good. i found the free parking especially convenient.
i found that the shower in the room could use some updating as it looked a bit worn. the water pressure was lower than ideal. i hope this will be resolved soon.

this hotel offers secure, free parking, which i found quite beneficial. the location is conveniently just outside the london ulez area.. this suited my needs perfectly, especially with travel requirements.

the breakfast was good and filling.
I was disappointed by the noise. I could clearly hear people moving around in the corridor all night and doors slamming shut. it was hard to get a good night's sleep because of it.

The staff were quite friendly. The parking was onsite, convenient.
The room's walls were ridiculously thin. I could hear everything. Doors slammed and people walked up and down the corridor ALL NIGHT. The television was also tiny, and the signal was BAD for most channels.
