the location is excellent for exploring. the staff were friendly and efficient. i found the hotel's proximity to local attractions very convenient. after a long day, it was nice to have a comfortable room ready for me.
the heated towel rail produced too much heat without a way to turn it off. this. i hope they can fix this soon.

the front of house staff, lindsey and craig, were really good and helpful. they were observed doing multiple jobs and remained pleasant. their positive attitude.

friendly staffconvenient location
I found the staff very friendly and accommodating upon my late arrival. The hotel's location near the arena proved convenient! I also appreciated the spacious, clean room. It had hot drink facilities and housekeeping services available.
The carpets in the common areas smelled like they haven't been cleaned in years. The hotel needs ALOT of work to keep up with competitors.

I liked how friendly the staff were. They are always willing to help! The location is amazing, super close to everything..
The room felt a little hot even though the radiator was off. The heat probably came from the towel rail in the bathroom, which I couldn't control.
