small roombroken safe
the room i got was supposedly a 'superior double room' but felt more like a slightly upgraded closet. storage space was minimal, and the safe didn't work. to make things worse, it wasn't even attached to anything. i had a lovely view of the dome, but the windows were frosted, like in a bathroom. the sink was clogged and nobody bothered to fix it . guess i just had to live with brushing my teeth in a puddle.

the parking lot in front was convenient since i didn't use a car .. i felt my vehicle was secure in the residential neighborhood with limited access. the reception staff spoke english and italian. they provided many helpful suggestions. i wanted a city view and the staff accommodated my request. the room was clean, cozy and the bed was comfortable.
the breakfast area seemed sad. the fridge was tiny and didn't hold much. there was nowhere to hang clothes which was inconvenient.

the hotel featured a playroom in the basement used for breakfast service. bus lines 62 and 64 stopped within a short walk, offering convenient access to the city center. these buses run frequently.

the room was a decent size with kinda decorated walls. breakfast was available for 8€ and offered scrambled eggs, bacon, ham, cheese, coffee, fruits, sweets, and yogurt. this provided a good value.

the location was really convenient near shops. the team helped arrange my airport transfer. i was able to easily contact my driver as well.
the shower sink was blocked. after a short time worms was. i informed the receptionist upon checkout but i did not get help.

the room looked different from the photos online, a letdown. breakfast was the same every day. i think i could find tastier options in a bakery. the cleanliness was not up to par. i mentioned a burned sheet to the front desk, and their attitude worsened. there was even a small piece of trash on the floor during my entire three-day stay. this left me quite disappointed.
