helpful staffold tvcold floor
the staff were friendly and helpful, appreciated.
The room was quite dated. The tv was old and many channels had static or didn't work at all. the tiled floor, especially since the heat wasn't on when i arrived. the room felt small for a couple.

the hotel have good location for exploring. i find many places for food near it, this was nice. the receptionist help me, i think it was good service. he even walk with me to the bus stop to help with the bags.
there no air condition in room. i think room could use update, its a little old.

the location is very convenient, especially for exploring nearby attractions. the room had three beds which suited my needs perfectly. a balcony overlooked the temple bar area. free beers after turning in our rental car was a welcome touch
the room's soundproofing could have been better. sounds from outside were quite audible. this impacted the overall quietness.

The staff was very nice and helpful. they agreed to hold our bags prior to check-in. their assistance made the arrival process much smoother and manageable. We loved their service.

The breakfast was good (especially the bacon!). The location was great. It was easy to walk to many tourist attractions.
The initial greeting was not very cute. I arrived early and was told to leave and come back later. I think an animal might have died in them (this was a real turn-off). The water pressure was very low.
