central locationfriendly staffstylish roomnice shops
the location is central to everything. the staff provided friendly service. i found the room clean and stylish. walking to downtown took about half an hour and i noticed several nice shops on the way
the room felt stuffy even with the window open

the location was fantastic for getting around the city the restaurant downstairs provided a great option for dinner i felt secure in my room with good door locks this was important as i was traveling alone the staff were helpful
i noticed some street noise at night which did affect sleep quality the windows could use better soundproofing this was a slight inconvenience

The staff let me leave my bag the night before i checked in. The room was very clean. The location is convenient to transportation shopping and entertainment. The room included amenities for a relaxed stay.
The hotel is on a street with bars i could hear loud conversations at night outside my window.

the location was convenient for getting around (i walked almost everywhere).
The noise levels were a major issue. I could hear everything from the street below to what seemed like elephants tap-dancing in the room above me. also, the room i booked looked nothing like the pictures online. It seemed like i was in a completely different hotel, really disappointing.
