the location is good and close to public transportation. the room was clean upon arrival. the provided coffee was a good addition to the stay.

there was no kettle in the room for making hot drinks. requesting hot water from reception sometimes presented difficulties. i stayed in a room facing the courtyard and noise from other rooms was noticeable.

The room was clean upon arrival. The reception staff were always friendly and willing to assist with directions. I found the hotel to be in a safe and quiet location (which was reassuring). The proximity to the metro station made getting around very easy.

the hotel offered vending machines in the lobby, very convenient. two bottles of water were provided daily. disposable bath slippers were a nice touch. front desk and room cleaning staff was friendly and helpful.

i found the room a LITTLE small.
