the location is good and close to public transportation. the room was clean upon arrival. the provided coffee was a good addition to the stay.
there was no kettle in the room for making hot drinks. requesting hot water from reception sometimes presented difficulties. i stayed in a room facing the courtyard and noise from other rooms was noticeable.

The room was clean upon arrival. The reception staff were always friendly and willing to assist with directions. I found the hotel to be in a safe and quiet location (which was reassuring). The proximity to the metro station made getting around very easy.
