the staff was cute. our room had excellent air conditioning, important for those warm summer nights (and it.). the location provided quick access to the metro, a real bonus for exploring all the city offered. i appreciated the helpfulness of the staff with storing our luggage before check-in.
the bath towels were notably small, a minor inconvenience.

The staff were really good! they helped with every question i had. It was amazing!!! the beds were comfy. the location is perfect. It's a lovely neighborhood just steps away!

i was able to leave my luggage at the hotel before check-in because i was going to disneyland. the shower had hot water, i had no issue. the bed was very comfortable, i had good sleep. the wifi was fast!
there were no tea and coffee facilities in the room and i would have liked that. a bar was advertised but it was actually a fridge. it had a very poor selection of drinks (i love trying new drinks!) and i wanted more variety. the bath towels were small.

the location worked well for me. metro links were within walking distance. the area felt quiet (which was a plus for restful nights) yet provided easy access to various parts of the city. the room was impeccably clean upon arrival.
there were no tea or coffee making facilities in the room, a slight inconvenience for early mornings.
