some issues impacted my stay
confusing switches unpleasant odor
i found a couple of things disappointing. the light switches were confusing. the labels were old and hard to read making it difficult to figure out which switch controlled which light. there was also an unpleasant odor from the lobby to the second floor. it smelled like a mix of sewage and an old closed building.

Some Issues During Stay
convenient location metro station non-functional air conditioning initial response
The location was convenient with the metro station nearby. This made travel around the area easier.
The air conditioning in my room was not working properly. I informed the reception, and their initial response was to offer a sleep mask. This was a inadequate solution.

Acceptable Stay with Noticeable Issues
poor window soundproofing uncomfortable mattress
The location proved to be very convenient due to its proximity to transportation.
The noise level in the room was quite high, mostly due to poor window soundproofing. Roadworks outside only amplified the disturbances, a situation the hotel should address by updating the windows. I also found the bed uncomfortable because the mattress was too hard.

convenient stay
easy access quick breakfast
the location is fantastic with easy access to public transport i especially liked that the aerobus from the airport stops nearby a starbucks located on the ground floor offers quick breakfast options when needed. the neighboring shopping mall provides various food choices and the rooftop pool is a real plus.
the shower and faucet had very low water pressure a water saving program seemed responsible the sink drainage was also clogged it made showering less pleasant and efficient.
