stained carpetblocked drain
the room i had was not as clean as i expected it had a slightly damp smell the carpet also had noticeable stains the single bed i slept on was not comfortable i would request a room in the main hotel if i returned the floor in the pool changing rooms was wet as the drain was blocked.

I found the staff very friendly. The swimming pool was awesome. It was easy to get to the beach and shops.
The hotel was a bit hot with the radiators on. (This was in April)

The hotel included easy parking and it made arrivals easy. a heated indoor swimming pool access was included in the rate. staff was efficient. They brought swimming towels to my room in less than five minutes after i asked. the family room included everything we needed for a one night stay. It was very convenient.
The room had a carpet. I observed a few stains.

The breakfast was amazing!!! i especially liked the saute potatoes, bacon, and eggs. mandy provided excellent service at breakfast. She clearly led the operation very well.
the tv in my room was not working upon arrival. i had to move rooms as a result. the bar area was also a bit too functional for my liking.

i found the room lovely with very comfortable bed. there is a nice garden and pool. the sauna was great after a long day exploring. food in the restaurant tasted very good.
the hotel did not have enough parking spaces.
