simple AND clean
train station christmas market coffee machine
the location i find it good, it was a short walk from the train station. i was surprised to find it was right by the Tollwood Christmas market, great evening there. the room had a coffee machine too.
their HEATING system is not good in the room. i was not feeling well due to the cold. the reception area was warm compared to the room.

convenient location train station room terrace lift service room fridge shower leak
the location was convenient. the main train station was nearby. i appreciated the air conditioning in the room. breakfast was plentiful. i also liked that my room had a terrace.
the lift was out of service. it was being replaced, and i wasn't informed ahead of time. this was inconvenient. there was no fridge in the room, and there was no kettle. the shower leaked as well.

convenient location!
convenient location 24-hour check-in good shower
The hotel's location near the main train station was super convenient for my travel plans. 24-hour check-in and door codes were also really useful. i think the shower was pretty good for a budget hotel. That was a plus!
i did notice that the breakfast was not great. the breakfast room was too small. when i went there some items were already gone

My room had effective soundproofing, which i appreciate a lot. the room darkening was good. I liked that it was perfect for sleeping in. the beds were very comfortable!

cheap stuff limited selection
the reception desk was polite and helpful, its what i expect.
the breakfast was a total letdown, especially for the price. they only had cheap stuff and those awful bake-off rolls. there were only two types of rolls plus bread and toast, it's ridiculous that the selection was so limited for such a large chain. the coffee tasted like it was brewed last week. also, i didnt like that there was no water boiler in the room.

helpful staff convenient location
The staff let me keep my luggage after checkout. This was convenient. the location is close to the metro stop. It was easy to reach other parts of the city.
the room was somewhat small! there was no kettle or fridge.

helpful staff good location good pressure stained carpet room noise barefoot problem
The staff was helpful. They stored my luggage before i checked in. the location is good, it is a short walk to the center. the shower had good pressure too.
the carpet in my room had bad stains. it was not pleasant to walk on barefoot. the noise carries from other rooms so you might not get any sleep.
