the room was clean and spacious. the location proved excellent , with the harbour just a short walk away. a supermarket right next to the hotel was very convenient.
the bathroom felt very basic and could use some updating. our room lacked a modern hairdryer , and the kitchen bin was removed after a few days. the cleaners did not provide a great service .

The staff was friendly during my time here. the location is very convenient. It's close to the harbour and various restaurants. i especially appreciated the supermarket directly across the road. there were tea and coffee facilities in my room. the bed was very comfortable, too.
the air conditioning unit in my room struggled to cool the entire space adequately. this made it a bit uncomfortable during the warmer parts of the day. i think a stronger unit or better circulation would really help.

The reception staff was cute and helpful with directions, assisting me with local information. Their attentiveness improved my experience. the staff was cheerful. I appreciated their prompt responses to any queries i had.

the pool area features both sunny and shaded spots. the main pool was always clean. there is also a smaller pool for young children, nice for families.

The hotel is situated in a perfect spot. the harbour is a short walk away. a supermarket next door makes it easy to get supplies. It's really practical.

I found my studio suite bright and very clean with a balcony. the staff was friendly. the quality of the food tasted great, and the wine selection was excellent. finding available chairs near the swimming pool was never a problem. It was always super clean.
the gym equipment seemed like it could use a refresh, and some machines were out of service.

the hotel boasts a good size swimming pool. there are sunbeds available and lifeguards on duty. breakfast offers amazing choices, so much variety to satisfy every taste, and there is a supermarket across the road.

the studio suite features comfortable beds. the bathroom is stocked with soap, shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel. there are tea and coffee making facilities available. a lovely bottle of wine welcomed me upon my arrival. the air con worked well.

the resort staff was excellent plus helpful. the check in and check out was easy. i was greeted with a welcome drink. taxis from reception are very efficient.

The location was good. It was an easy walk to the seafront. A very good supermarket was opposite the hotel.
Upon arrival, the room was not clean Properly. The cleaning staff failed to maintain it properly . The showers REALLY need refurbishment because they are old. Water came out of the shower dish. I had to put towels around it to contain the water.

the studio suite was quite spacious. it included a well-equipped kitchenette that had a microwave and a two-ring hob (perfect for preparing light meals). the balcony had comfortable chairs and offered a nice spot to relax.
the apartment felt a little dated. the furniture seemed a bit worn (but it was still functional, of course). our room overlooked the road, so there was some traffic noise at night.
