totally amazing stay!

the hotel parking is massive and easy to reach! i found a spot right away. breakfast had a huge selection. it was a great start to each day. the staff was super cute and spoke english well. i especially loved the family room. it gave everyone their own space and comfy beds.
the tv seemed a bit outdated. it could probably use an upgrade.

the hotel has amazing parking! i was able to easily find a spot, a great convenience. there is a lower floor room transfer option. lopes at the front desk made the transfer simple.

The staff arranged early luggage drop-off. This was a fantastic service. they also prepared breakfast for my early departure. I appreciated this consideration. friendly staff members are attentive to guest needs and address concerns. we loved that!

The breakfast was plentiful. I really enjoyed starting my days this way. fresh bread and delicious chocolate cream were available. everything tasted fresh and of good quality. this added to the overall positive hotel experience.

The hotel parking is spacious with many available spots. it is easily accessible and priced well. i appreciated the family room. It was quite convenient. each of my children had their own bed, their own space. even we, the parents, had another bed available to us.
The housekeeping service was limited. Fresh towels were not provided enough. we found that two rolls of toilet paper were not enough for two people . there were unpleasant smells rising from the toilet. there was no trash bag provided in the bin.

The hotel parking is spacious. I easily found a spot. breakfast had ample choices. the staff was cute and helpful. They understood both english and french. the family room was convenient. Each of my kids had their own bed and space.
the hotel cleaning service occurred only in the mornings.
