the staff i interacted with, mostly the receptionist, was alright.
The room lacked proper soundproofing i think. i could hear everything from adjacent rooms. Conversations, toilet flushes, doors slamming. i didn't sleep well .

The breakfast lacked variety. I saw the same egg and sausages served EVERY day. The washroom also needed an exhaust fan. There was nowhere to keep our clothes because there was no cupboard.

i found the staff very kind. they went out of their way to chat with my kids. the room matched the website description and was clean. khao san road, eateries, and the blue flag tourist boat pier were nearby. the breakfast was very nice and the coffee shops were awesome!
