This hotel provides a superb location. It is very close to many restaurants and shops. The staff were always helpful and kept the room very tidy. The self-service laundry was very convenient. It cost only 40 baht per load!!!
The premium room I booked was not in the main building. Instead, it was in an annex. There was a very noisy club located in the basement. I couldn't sleep well.

the location was acceptable with easy access to local transport options.
the rooms look tired and could use an update the pool across the street felt a bit neglected with cloudy water and i found the breakfast unappetizing it was like a basic set menu repeated daily with limited drink options.

The staff was nice.
The shower facilities were NOT good. The shower head was clogged, so the water flow was minimal. the water heater malfunctioned. The water temperature was unpredictable!).

I adored the location. It was perfect for exploring. the bts station was very close. Getting around the city was effortless. the swimming pool offered lovely views. It was a relaxing oasis. i found the staff friendly.
The gym, while available, was in another building. It required a short walk across the road.

the bts station was really close. this made getting around much easier. the bedroom was great. the swimming pool was in another building, but i was happy to have that option. it had lovely views too.
the hotel was not maintained to a good standard, and the pictures are too flattering. they do not reflect the scruffiness of this hotel. i was put in a sub building with no staff. i had to walk through a smoking zone to get to my room.
