The pool was quite nice, hidden away in the back.
The location was not ideal at all. Most ride-hailing drivers seemed to avoid the small streets. This inconvenient location meant I walked a lot. the trains are not exactly nearby, and neither are the normal tourist spots. It was annoying.

a mixed bag near khaosan
street noisetaped air-conditioner
the street noise, i tell you. it was like a party outside my window every night. and don't even get me started on the air conditioning. it was taped up, like they just hoped for the best, and barely did anything to cool the room. i had to ask for a fan.
