The hotel enjoys an excellent location because it's a very short walk from the train station. The train provides a direct link to the airport (this IS IMPORTANT). I also used the free tuktuk service to reach the Phaya Thai airport railway station.
The walls seemed thin. I could hear noise from other rooms and the hallway (this was unexpected).

the location is convenient. i appreciated the short walk to the airport rail link station. the proximity to a seven eleven and local food options was beneficial. the free tuk-tuk service to the main road proved useful.
The air conditioning remote was missing its back. The batteries would fall out.

the beautiful double room included a functional mini fridge. daily complimentary water bottles were left outside the room each morning. i found the room to be adequately cleaned by diligent housekeepers.

the reception staff spoke english and were generally professional. the tuk-tuk service was available to the train station with luggage. this service ended at 7pm. the tuk-tuk drivers are nice people.

the location provided easy access to the airport rail link and the pratunam market. a tuktuk service was available to transport guests to the skytrain and the market. i also appreciated the proximity to a large 7-eleven convenient store. the lobby had a nice standard and the rooms was fresh.
the room was a bit small it would have been good to have more space.
