pretty charmed with banana bay
magical vibeamazing drinkslimited options
the lights strung around the palm trees gave off a magical vibe. drinks at the bar are amazing too. i liked the location because it was only an hour from key west.
breakfast options were quite limited. choices are quick, but variety would have been nice.

my room has a balcony and a king size bed. the room was nice and clean. it was a great space to unwind after a day spent outdoors.

the staff were very friendly and serviceminded. they always greet you with a smile. bilingual staff.

the breakfast offered enough food. i dont needed to search elsewhere in the morning. barracuda restaurant nearby provided very nice seafood and was a welcome culinary find.

grounds had things like a huge chess board. they also had a volleyball net. the hotel has a beautiful pier to watch the marina. the pier provides a nice spot to observe the sunset.

i liked the location a lot. the room was very spacious too. i appreciated that the pool was heated and there was a jacuzzi.
the room cleanliness was an issue. the floor was sticky. the balcony had not been cleaned in a very long time. this was a pity.

the breakfast was a complete letdown it came in cardboard boxes with plastic cutlery there were wrapped muffins and a cold fried egg the room where you could have breakfast was unpleasant it had dirty filter coffee and appliances that did not work or always needed a staff member to explain how they worked the first day i was even told that breakfast was not served that day and that we had to have breakfast somewhere in the street at our own expense even though we had paid a daily surcharge of $ 50.00 for breakfast when i asked for a refund for the first day because we had not had breakfast when checking out i was told that the manager would call us about this that day i never heard anything again for $ 350.00 per night you can expect that agreements are kept and that a royal breakfast is served
