The room was quite disappointing. Rusted bathroom door hinges were PRESENT, and the walls were VERY thin. The noise made it difficult to rest.

This place was far from great. The water shut off during my shower, covered in soap. The front desk acted like this was normal. No one even apologized. The Wi-Fi never worked either. They did not seem to care about it.

the pool area was just gorgeous! i spent a lot of time at the tiki bar, and i loved the food they had (the tacos were great). the hotel location made it really easy to get around. the room was spacious and clean, and i especially liked the big size!

the internet was a bit spotty , frustrating at times when i needed to work. i hope this gets fixed soon!

the hotel offers a breakfast buffet at a set price, and i enjoyed freshly made waffles, eggs, bacon, potatoes, and sausages. the hotel includes a tiki bar where guests enjoy lunch and dinner, ordering delicious grilled chicken tacos, fish and chips, and cheeseburgers.

Excellent Marina View and Pools!

I enjoyed the updated, clean room with a balcony overlooking the marina. It was cool to watch boats right from my room! The hotel has two pools that stay open until 11 PM, and I spent hours in the water. A tiki bar located between the pools made getting drinks easy.

The bathroom door had some rust on the hinges.

The room included hot tools storage with electrical outlets under the bathroom sinks. I liked the spacious bathtub and selection of toiletries provided, very convenient. The television was large.

Breakfast had a buffet, little ones get fresh waffles, pancakes, or French toast. The breakfast also had eggs, bacon, potatoes, sausages, oatmeal, fruit, yogurt, and cereals. I could also get croissants there.

I found the pool area lovely. The hotel has a tiki bar, a restaurant and a marina. The glass bottom boat is a great option to see the sea life around the keys!

the grounds and pool area were perfect. i saw beautiful palm trees and had a relaxing time. first floor rooms facing the pool offered two chairs and a table outside the room ,which i used to unwind.

i paid a considerable amount for my room , but the bar service was disappointing. i felt the staff was not attentive enough .
