I loved the complimentary bikes. It was so nice to explore the area at my own pace. the beach area had comfortable chairs, perfect for relaxation. i enjoyed free kayaks, a fun way to explore the waters. the coffee in the lobby tasted delicious.
The shower had slightly low water pressure.

The location offered easy access to amenities. Many restaurants were nearby. local attractions were convenient. It was easy to explore the area. the surroundings felt safe, and the area had a peaceful atmosphere.

The staff was genuinely helpful and always wore a smile, offering assistance whenever needed. tj at the front desk was very informative. She answered my questions with patience. she provided quick responses.

The room offered a comfortable bed. The linen felt very soft. i had a peaceful sleep . the room included efficient air conditioning. It maintained a pleasant temperature. the room was clean! though small.

I found the staff very good. i also loved that i could use the bikes. there was even a snorkeling and dive company nearby. I was able to snorkel the molasses reef.
The ac unit in my room was loud with irregular sounds. it was difficult to sleep, and i didn't have a sea view. the facilities seemed primitive. i also found only one tiny trash can in the bathroom. It was not convenient.

comfortable bedtropical flowers
the room had a comfortable king sized bed. the cable tv offered many channels. i also appreciated the tropical flowers in the landscaping.

Underwhelming stay. Some issues present
spotty wifiinconvenient ice machine
The wifi was spotty at best. I could barely load a webpage. this made planning activities difficult. also. The ice machine on my floor was out of order! so i had to go to another floor. that was quite the inconvenience. Especially late at night after a long day.
