I appreciated the location of this place. It was convenient to many amenities. I found the proximity to the free bus service helpful for exploring the area.
The front desk staff was not friendly, especially during check-in. The staff member did not smile. I found this unwelcoming (maybe it was just a long day for them). The accommodations are old. The bathroom felt bare-bones.

The room had a nice shower with hot water. The bed was comfortable. Staff at the front desk was talkative and also helpful. Carlos gave me many tips about what to do. He.
I noticed the parking lot became crowded when the bar patrons came. They sometimes blocked the entry in the evenings.

The location was amazing, a short walk to duval street and the southernmost point. the tipsy rooster bar made wonderful drinks with infused liquor. I liked the convenience store across the street. the staff was nice, and there was a lot of parking available. i could park my rented golf cart.
the pool needed some care. it looked clean. but the filter did not seem to run properly. it felt very stagnant.
