I liked the location as it was close to transportation. The staff were helpful and kind. The room was clean, and i liked the breakfast selection. It was great to have that option available. THEY also stored luggage after checkout.
the room felt quite cramped, especially the bathroom, it was small! additionally, i noticed some wear and tear that needs attention, like old towels, needing replacement.

the location is convenient as it is just across from the gare du nord. the staff were very helpful and accommodating. the room featured a safe and a hairdryer, i found these amenities quite useful.
The television sound was not working. I attempted to fix it but to no avail. there was no phone in the room. I found this to be an inconvenience. towels looked rather old and rough, i wish it were better.

the location was ACCEPTABLE. it was near the train station.
The room i was assigned was FAR from satisfactory. the water pressure was terribly low. the ceiling was also very low. I BUMPED my head several times. this created unnecessary inconvenience.

faulty air conditioningstreet noise
the air conditioning was a real problem. it wasn't working properly, so the room was uncomfortably warm. the noise from the street also made it difficult to sleep, especially with the window open and that was frustrating.

the location is very convenient near the train station. the staff were nice and helpful . i liked the breakfast my children enjoyed it too.
there was no proper air conditioning in the room and it was hot. the bathroom also lacked ventilation making it too warm.

The location was indeed very convenient. It is just across from Gare du Nord. I found many dining options nearby, quite helpful (especially after long travel days). The staff were wonderfully polite and always ready to help.

This location is really good due to its proximity to transport options. The hotel's proximity to the station is about a few minutes by walk. Staying here is beneficial, especially if one arrives late at night and requires transportation out of the area.

The hotel is right across from the Eurostar station. The room included a safe and a hairdryer. A small balcony provided views. I slept well despite the area's activity.
The hotel is undergoing refurbishment so there can be some discomfort. There was no breakfast service available . I found no chair for working at the desk.
