Charming and Clean!
clean bathroom en suite quiet area
I stayed for two nights and the experience was great. The bathroom was clean with an en suite set up. I found the shower easy to use. It was also warm. The area was quiet at night due to the room backing onto a school.
The room was a little cold. It took hours for the radiator to provide any heat.

The location suited our needs as we were visiting nearby shops. The room was clean upon arrival. Self check-in was straightforward. I appreciated not needing to coordinate arrival times. The pub across the street provided a convenient dinner option.
The small stool in the bedroom was not ideal for prolonged sitting.

awkward shelf uncomfortable bed
the room was an adequate size and the free towels were appreciated.
The shower head was positioned poorly. It only hit my chin and neck. the bed was old and uncomfortable. I kept rolling into the middle. i found the shelf behind the bed awkward because it rubbed against my neck if i tried to sit up (i wasn't able to watch tv comfortably).
