The room size was smaller than I anticipated. Getting around the bed was difficult. It felt cramped. Also the promised secure parking was non-existent. I had to use a paid car park nearby.

The staff provided a very warm welcome. They generously upgraded my room. Breakfast included a variety of cereals. The shower was very powerful.
There was a very strong smell of smoke in the hotel. The bedroom was quite tiny. The room was also very basic. I found this disappointing.

friendly staff tasty breakfast parking situation cigarette smoke
I stayed for a few nights! the breakfast was included, and it set me up nicely for the day. the staff were super attentive. I really appreciate that.
The parking situation was a bit misleading. I saw signs outside saying 'secure parking', but it wasn't actually on-site. the hotel had a strong smell of cigarette smoke, i really didn't enjoy that.

upgraded room perfect temperature various option fresh towel
tony and adele upgraded our room. the room temperature was perfect. breakfast included a variety of delicious options. i had fresh towels .
the room was very basic.

the breakfast offered a range of choices, including hot dishes and cereals, so i could find many options to start my day. the dining area was well-kept and clean.

the location provides easy access to nearby shops and is only a short walk from the beachfront so it was easy to reach town. trams are very handy.

the owners were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. they provided prompt assistance with all requests and catered to all needs.
