convenient and functional
gym access pool facilities
The location was convenient for my work commitments. i really valued the access to the gym and pool facilities. They were a definite plus. the gym offered a good range of equipment for a solid workout, which i appreciated after a long day.

free parking great sports friendly receptionist
I found the free parking very convenient. the sports facilities next door were really good.. i was especially impressed with them. i appreciated the friendly receptionist who helped me get a taxi when i needed one. I couldn't get an uber driver.
i noticed some ants on the desk in the room. they eventually made their way into my bag, which wasn't ideal, but easily fixable.

easy access large room spacious bathroom
The hotel provides easy access to sports facilities, SUCH as the gym and pool. I found the room very large and functional, meeting my needs well. The bathroom was also spacious, a REAL plus.
WiFi WAS unreliable in the room. I struggled to maintain a stable connection.

The staff were very helpful, especially when there was a room issue upon my arrival, i am grateful. They resolved the mix-up quickly, WHICH took only a few minutes.

The location IS convenient with nearby facilities within a short walk of just five to ten minutes. The hotel's proximity to the hospital makes it a practical choice for visits, it is very convenient.

excellent location spacious room onsite vending machines comfortable bed
the location was excellent for stadium access. I found plenty of space in the room and bathroom. Vending machines are available onsite, SUCH a plus. The bed was very comfortable and offered good sleep.
i found that the rooms appear somewhat old and dated.

underwhelming stay
communication failure towel request
the receptionist was friendly and helped me arrange a taxi.
the lack of communication frustrated me , i needed fresh towels but my request wasn't fulfilled despite speaking to multiple people , i had to get them myself.
