the location offered easy access to transport, i really liked that. the staff were friendly and helpful too. the room had everything i needed, it was super.
the area outside felt unsafe at night. i noticed drug addicts around the hotel, it was a little scary. the breakfast quality was not good, some fruits seemed old.

The front desk staff provided a warm welcome. The room included two pillows. The staff efficiently stored our luggage before check-in and after check-out. The air conditioning worked very well.

Staff members are kind and approachable, especially when assistance is needed. They reply immediately to requests. Mr Nikos at reception was very kind and funny.

the location was fairly central to public transport, with easy access to metro and bus lines.
The neighborhood felt unsafe, especially at night. I observed quite a few homeless people and what looked to be drug dealing right outside the hotel (this made me very uneasy).

The staff at the front desk were very responsive! They always helped with directions and information about local attractions. My room had air conditioning, which I could control. I also found a small refrigerator, and it was really useful for keeping drinks cool, I tell you!!! The included breakfast offered many choices, and I appreciated the fresh fruit and pastries available each morning.

The air conditioning was centrally controlled (i found this out the hard way). i had to call the front desk repeatedly to adjust the temperature, inconvenient. also, the neighborhood did not feel particularly safe at night. I noticed quite a few homeless people around the area. i didn't feel comfortable walking alone after dark.
