The hotel is very close to the metro station. It made getting around town REALLY easy. The staff was wonderful and i was able to store my luggage within the premises before check-in. I also stored my luggage after check-out.
The lights in the room were VERY dim. It gave the room an unwelcoming atmosphere. The noise was also quite bad, since the windows did little to block it out. I requested a room away from the street, but this request was not accommodated.

The location is close to the metro and bus stops. I found several good restaurants and a mall nearby. The staff was friendly and helpful (they even assisted with luggage). The room had good air conditioning and a nice, clean toilet.
The front entrance staircase is high, slightly difficult to carry my luggage.

i found such solace in the room's thoughtful details, like the kettle and tea. the abundance of fluffy towels and extra pillows, provided upon request, reminded me of a sweet embrace. the supermarket across the street made simple conveniences accessible. the hotel was very quiet, for a restful night.
the lights were dim. it gave a unwelcoming atmosphere. i asked for a room away from the street side. i was told they would take that into account, i was right at the street side.

I found the hotel location quite convenient I was close to the metro. The staff assisted with storing luggage after checkout it allowed freedom to explore.
The lighting in my room was somewhat dim it created a less cute atmosphere. Noise was also a problem sound insulation from outside was inadequate.
