I found the staff at reception to be very helpful. George was particularly supportive in providing local information. The breakfast buffet had a good variety of options, including pastries and fresh fruit. I also appreciated that the room had the ability to store my luggage after checkout..
My room faced the road. Even with the double glazing, it was quite noisy throughout the night. This impacted my sleep quality .

The staff seemed polite at check-in.
The room I got faced a really noisy road, I could not get much sleep. The traffic noise was bad. Breakfast was not good either, I find the coffee bitter and the dishes were not clean. It was frustrating.

the rooftop restaurant offered amazing sunset views. i particularly enjoyed the food up there. the reception staff accommodated my early check-in which was really helpful after a long flight.
my room faced the road and i found the traffic noise noticeable even with the windows closed it did disrupt my sleep a bit during the night.

The hotel's location proved convenient. bus x96 stops right outside, so airport transit was simple. the room featured a fridge. That was useful. breakfast had fresh orange juice, something i really appreciate.
My room faced the highway. Traffic noise was noticeable even at night.

i was pretty frustrated with the room setup. the shower door didn't work properly, so water spilled everywhere after each use. also, the kettle had not been cleaned and tea and coffee were missing. not a great start.

The location offered easy access to the beach. It was only a short walk. The staff were very helpful, specifically at reception. Breakfast included a buffet with great variety. The rooms were very clean.
The room I was initially assigned had an issue. The shower sink was blocked. This required attention for proper drainage.
