clear directions interesting artwork sleek design
The receptionist gave clear directions to the city. The hotel displays interesting artwork. My room was modern and comfortable. It seemed newly refurbished. The design was sleek.
The AC sign indicated it was only for heating. The room was stuffy.

constant noise limited breakfast
the location was central. it was close to many attractions, a feature i appreciated.
The noise from the downstairs bar was awful. it went on until late and i could hear it clearly in my room. also, the breakfast was disappointing. There was very little choice and it was the same every day. i hoped for more variety.

amazing art filled stay!
direct connection fresh produce original design helpful staff
The hotel is near the m4 subway station. this provides a direct connection to the airport. i appreciated the variety of restaurants within walking distance. We even found a local market with fresh produce. the interior design is original and the staff helped us with all our requests.
the mattress felt very firm. this is only a minor issue. it is a matter of personal preference though.

The room featured modern decor and included a big-screen smart tv. a complimentary netflix account was available. the bathroom seemed newly renovated, and everything worked properly. A hairdryer was provided. the room felt spacious too.

the staff was very friendly. stoyan, for example, offered help with directions, even suggesting places to visit. he. the team seemed to work well, and i felt lucky to be there.

amazing stay
helpful staff advantageous location early check-in
i found the staff helpful. they allowed an early check-in, a great benefit after a morning arrival. the location was advantageous. it placed me within a short walk of the serdica metro and the main tourist areas.
the mattress firmness was not to my personal liking.

a decent stay
central location smooth check-in small room street noise
the location was fairly central i could walk to most attractions. the staff seemed friendly and check-in went smoothly.
the room was smaller than i anticipated based on the pictures online it felt a bit cramped. the noise from the street at night was quite loud i struggled to sleep well.
