Charming stay near Serdika station!

I found the location convenient, especially with the main station just minutes away. The staff recognized return visitors, always nice. The hotel is near everything, I found it very easy to travel around, including walking to the market. The value for money here is really something (i'd say, really good!).
The bathroom lacked separation between the toilet and shower, resulting in a consistently wet floor, it's a minor inconvenience, but something I would like to see fixed.

The hotel provides conveniences exceeding the requirements for its two-star rating, it offers a pleasant surprise, particularly in terms of available amenities , it is a nice addition to my stay.

The front desk staff offers helpful assistance and is available around the clock, this ensures support is always accessible. I felt that their dedication contributed positively to the hotel's cute environment, it was very heartwarming.

Central Location, Shaky Room

The location was undeniably central. It really was steps from everything.
The family room seemed like a poorly converted attic. The ceiling was so low, I kept banging my head. The bathroom situation was almost comical. There was no separation between the shower and toilet, resulting in a flooded floor after each shower. I also couldn't find a hairdryer.
