a decent stay
central location lovely staff inadequate bedding queen bed
the hotel was centrally located. it was easy to find, and the staff were lovely. the room price was good considering the location and how long i stayed.
the room did not resemble the photos when i booked it. i booked for five people, but there were only two queen beds. this made sleeping arrangements difficult, and the extra bedding was inadequate.

the gym included treadmills, stationary bikes, and weight machines. the kitchenette had a full-size refrigerator and microwave, very useful. the location offered easy access to the city center, a major plus for me.
the elevator made A strange noise sometimes.

comfortable bed good shower useful parking
The apartment was a nice size! it had a good shower. the bed was comfortable. I slept really well! the garage provided useful parking near the hotel, though it cost $25 a night.

The location had very good public transport links. it was easy to get around the city! the hotel was near the cbd. I could walk to many places.

the apartment was cleaned frequently! i received fresh towels every couple of days. the sheets were changed at least once . this helped keep the space fresh.

Acceptable stay, some issues noticed
luggage storage room upgrade clean apartment poor lighting sticky floors missing shelf
The hotel reception allowed us to store our luggage before check-in time. This was convenient for me. The apartment was clean upon arrival. I got a room upgrade at no extra cost.
The lighting was poor in some areas. I found the floors to be sticky. The shower lacked a shelf for soap and other items.

mixed experience , some cleanliness issues and missing amenities
cockroach infestation musty odor
the location was fine , being quite central.
the room i booked , a two bedroom apartment , was not up to par. i discovered several cockroaches in the apartment , a rather unwelcome surprise. there was also a musty odor that permeated the space , even when i opened the balcony door. the interior felt quite dated , leaving much to be desired.

Balanced stay with some issues
central location easy process faulty remote inconvenient shower
The location is central. I walked to many places from the hotel. The check-in and check-out process was easy (it was quick and efficient).
The tv remote did not function well. I used the tv buttons. The shower lacks a place for soap or shampoo (it's a little inconvenient).
