Excellent Central Stay
friendly staff convenient location clean room
The staff was consistently friendly and helpful, regardless of the time. My room matched the description. The hotel's location made navigating the city simple. I could easily walk or use the tram. The proximity to Southern Cross Railway Station simplified airport transfers via the Skybus (it's less than a 10-minute tram ride!).
The room could have used a bit more light. The main light was rather dim.

The reception desk offered efficient check-in and check-out services around the clock, helpful. Staff members readily provided directions and information about local attractions (like nearby cafes). The team also managed requests efficiently.

the location IS superb. It's close to many attractions and various restaurants. The staff were very friendly AND easy to interact with.
The shower door was broken. The fridge wasn't functioning properly. milk WAS already open.

The hotel is centrally located. It is on the corner of Collins and Elizabeth Street, opposite tram stops. Flinders Street Station is also a short walk. Customer service was helpful. Staff allowed early check-in. This made my transit easier.
The room was quite small. The room felt scary (I'm not sure why exactly). There was no arrangement for a glass of water either in the room or on the floor. No one seemed interested in helping with it.

good location free wifi no bathroom shower screen
the location was good. it was easy to get to places from there. the television was a decent size and the wifi was free and the speed was great.
there was no bathroom in our room, despite it showing a bathroom. there was just a shower screen seperating the shower from the bedroom and you could see through it!
