the staff was very friendly. their service began even before i arrived. i was informed about a pride parade that would occur on my arrival day, allowing me to plan accordingly since some roads might be closed. the rooms looked gorgeous!
the lack of natural light was not ideal. it. the shower also flooded the entire bathroom, inconvenient.

mixed experience due to noise and room issues

I had some issues . the noise from nearby bars was quite disruptive at night. It made sleeping difficult. additionally, the air conditioning in my room did not work properly. This made the room uncomfortable. i found these problems disappointing.

i found the location very convenient with many restaurants and bars nearby. the staff was friendly and helpful. i appreciated the tasty breakfast with high quality food. there was also a water fountain with a coffee machine available on each floor.
i noticed cabs could not directly reach the door. pick up and drop off occurred away from the hotel. this caused a minor inconvenience upon arrival and departure.

the hotel is in a central location near many attractions. i could easily walk to restaurants bars and the main square. the hotel location allowed convenient access to public transportation.
