the location is excellent. i could easily reach the beach in about seven minutes. the staff provided water without charge when i was leaving. the room was also nice.
the room cleanliness was not good. i saw hairs under the bed covers.

the hotel location worked well for me. it was only 5 minutes on foot from the sea front. the staff was courteous and helpful to all guests. there was a happy vibe around the reception. the croissants were warm one morning!
the room was a bit small. there was almost no extra space to move around in. the bathroom felt very small. it was only a few days i needed to manage things! the receptionist barely spoke french when i arrived in the evening.

the location, it are very close to the promenade. i safety was good. the franprix grocery store it are so near, it made getting what i need so easy. the staff it were friendly, a true comfort.
the room it are very small, i think, it was hard to open my suitcases. the pillows, so small, i found them uncomfortable, they made it hard to sleep well.

the staff were polite, and the hotel was close to the esplanade.
The room i stayed in was very small, and it lacked a proper closet. It only had a sort of wardrobe without doors. this setup works okay for a night or two, but i would not recommend it for longer stays. i really needed space to hang my clothes.

the staff was very cute. i left an item in my room (a scarf i really liked) and they contacted me immediately. they arranged to send it back to my home. i really appreciated that.
the breakfast room could get crowded during peak hours. i sometimes had to wait a few minutes for a table.
