The staff were friendly and gave great recommendations. i found the room and hotel nicely fitted out with good decor. i appreciated the location, close to a station and walkable to the promenade. the receptionists were very helpful with everything i needed. They always had a smile.
I found the room quite small. I could hardly get out of bed without hitting the walls.

Emma at the front desk was amazing, she gave good directions for getting to tourist destinations. The staff at reception speaks many languages. The hotel's location is very good with a tram station close by. Breakfast was plentiful, its a good way to start the day.

The room was just the right size (I like cozy!). The beds were comfortable, and I enjoyed a nice view from the balcony. I really liked the staff. They were the most accommodating people I've ever encountered during my travels. The staff was always so happy to offer help and suggestions for activities.
I found that the hotel does not have a refrigerator in the room. (It wasn't a big deal).

The location is very convenient. It is close to the tram. The staff were nice and helpful. Breakfast was delicious and the guy at the reception was friendly.
The room size felt smaller than expected from the website images. The furniture seems a bit outdated. There isn't a proper closet. Summer prices felt excessive.
