the front desk staff was helpful.
My room smelled bad every night. Odors from outside easily entered the room. the air conditioning was not effective because of the poor window insulation. It ran constantly. i believe this is not a customer-oriented approach.

the location was convenient for seeing many sites.
The noise levels were unacceptable. i could hear everything from the hallway and adjacent rooms. music from a nearby bar was also a problem. breakfast was basic. It didn't stand out.

the location is pretty central it is near major attractions. the staff are friendly they were helpful. the breakfast had a good variety i found it quite nice.
the room walls seemed thin i could hear other guests. the bed was quite hard it affected my sleep. the taxi access was difficult it was hard to reach the entrance with luggage.

the staff was helpful when i needed directions.
The noise level was unacceptable. I could hear everything from neighboring rooms. also, the air conditioning unit was quite loud and made it difficult to sleep comfortably. it was a really frustrating experience.

the staff was helpful arranging airport transfers. i found the complimentary breakfast to have a satisfying variety including pastries, fresh fruit, and greek cheese. my room provided a notable view of the acropolis.
the soundproofing wasn't perfect and i could occasionally hear noise from the hallway.
