the staff was helpful, i liked that. they promptly booked a taxi for me! they also gave me an alarm call as requested. the room had a balcony, it was a nice surprise.
the building seemed quite old, i noticed that. it didn't look exactly like the pictures online. i booked a room with a double bed but i received a room that had three single beds instead. only one of the mattresses felt okay, i thought.

the room lacked decoration, with just white walls. this simple aesthetic might not appeal to everyone.

paper thin wallsdisruptive noise
The air conditioning was temperamental (it seemed to have only two settings, arctic blast and off). this. also, the soundproofing was non-existent. I could hear every conversation and cough from neighboring rooms. it was like i was sharing a room with everyone else on the floor, which wasn't ideal for getting any rest. i found the constant noise quite disruptive, especially when trying to sleep. the paper thin walls, disruptive noise

the room was bright it had a large balcony the location was central. the staff provided helpful assistance i needed and always met me with a smile. the location is close to the metro the staff are nice and cute.
the area felt unsafe at night i noticed many people using drugs on the streets.

the metro station really near the place. i arrive late and its about ten minutes walking. it made traveling around the city quite convenient. the rooms clean and bright. i also appreciate a good central location, its worth it.
the area felt a little unsafe at night. the streets felt sketchy when i walked back late.

the staff were friendly and let me leave my bag at the reception early. they were very accommodating when i arrived before check in. this really helped me explore without luggage.
