i appreciated the young, helpful staff, they are always available at the front desk. They provided water, an iron, travel charger, blankets, and pillows. i found the location convenient across from a metro station and near a grocery store. the breakfast WAS AMAZING, offering plenty of fruit, yogurts, coffee, tea, juice, pastries, cheese and deli meats.

the breakfast had a good variety of options.

My room was quite small making it difficult to move around comfortably. Street noise was also a problem all night long because i could hear trams and cars constantly. noise from the hallway was very noticeable, it sounded like people were right next to my bed, so i didn't sleep well. if i had stayed longer, i probably would have cancelled my reservation.

the staff offered water upon arrival and were always available. i found the location convenient near the metro and gare austerlitz it made exploring easy. the bathroom had a giant rain faucet i liked this feature. the breakfast had fruit yogurts and pastries this was a nice touch.

the room lacked a fridge i found this inconvenient i would have appreciated having a place to store drinks and snacks .

the steam room was free to use for half-hour sessions i enjoyed this amenity after long days. the lobby had a coffeehouse atmosphere it was good. powerful high-speed wi-fi was available throughout the hotel.

the staff at the front desk offered assistance with directions taxis and travel chargers. they were energetic and always present i found them helpful. they even microwaved food and brought it to my room.
