the location worked great for me. i could reach the Pernety metro station quickly. several restaurants and supermarkets are nearby, it was very convenient. my room faced the interior garden and it was quiet. cleaning service came daily. my bathroom had a real door, not the sliding kind i saw other places.
the hotel did not provide a refrigerator in the room. this proved inconvenient for storing some drinks and snacks.

The staff were friendly! the location near montparnasse train station was convenient. the facilities was new. The cleanliness was amazing and it was comfortable.
I found that there was no safe in the room upon arrival! it caused unnecessary stress and delayed our plans. There was also an issue with our key.

The room had high quality sheets. It was decorated excellently. i appreciated the garden view from my double room. It offered a quiet and relaxing atmosphere. overall, the room provided a comfortable and pleasant stay.

The hotel features an outside seating area that looked very nice. It provided a relaxing space. i found a supermarket, pharmacy, and post office nearby. the metro was close.

the location was very good. it was a short walk to the train station and lots of shops were close by! the staff were helpful. antonio was very attentive and offered lots of information and ideas.
unfortunately, i noticed some mould and condensation under the windows. the voile panels covering the window also had this issue. i didn't notice it until i was leaving

small roompoor soundproofing
the room was quite small , especially for two people. there was also a noticeable lack of soundproofing , i heard noise from the hallway often. it wasn't the worst experience , but i expected a bit more room and quiet. the price didn't quite match the value received.

i found mould and condensation under the windows when i left. voile panels covering the window also had this. i was disappointed in the overall experience.
