The location is superb for metro access. Multiple lines are easily accessible from the hotel. Breakfast had excellent choices of both food and beverages. It set me up well for a day out.
The hairdryer seemed a bit old.

the location worked perfectly. it was close to the metro (i used it constantly).
The air conditioning barely functioned. The room became uncomfortably hot (especially at night). i reported it, but nothing changed during my entire stay. it was pretty annoying to deal with.

i totally loved the location, super close to the metro! the standard double room was just perfect for me! it had plenty of space for my luggage. i even had a desk for working and i slept so well in the comfy bed.
the hairdryer was quite old, it really needs an upgrade.

the breakfast was good and had a nice variety! i noticed it includes croissants, pastries, and fresh fruit. the coffee machine made really great cappuccinos and espressos, which i appreciated every morning.

My room had a very strong wifi signal. It was great for streaming movies and getting work done. the air conditioning worked wonderfully. it kept the room very cool even during the warmer afternoons. the bathroom had a nice shower and the water pressure was excellent.

The room featured an amazing interior design and felt very comfy. I think it was recently revamped because everything looked new and good. The space was adequate for accommodations of this kind. Staff members were helpful and friendly.
The breakfast could have been better. It lacked variety. The room could use a little upgrade.

The location is convenient with several metro stations nearby. There are plenty of good restaurants also. The services were particularly helpful.. I needed assistance with transportation early one morning and the staff promptly arranged a taxi.
The room lacked air conditioning, so I had to open a window. I noticed the shower drain did not drain water efficiently. The bathroom door needed to be propped open to stay.

The staff were great, and they provided tea in the room, especially the verbena! The room size was perfect, and the location was very convenient for getting around.
The room did not have air circulating in the room. I had to leave a window open.
