wonderful experience
polite staff hotel amenities convenient location
the staff were kind. the tv showed the hotel amenities (i thought this was pretty cool). the location was also convenient, near the underground and a family mart.
the laundry machines were a bit difficult to use (i struggled a bit). the pants press was also new to me, and it took some getting used to.

the breakfast buffet had many choices. i liked the variety of japanese dishes offered. i also found several western options available (i was very happy with the selection).

adequate space convenient store easy access superb location
the hotel exudes cleanliness. THE room size felt adequate, providing sufficient space. The location is superb with easy access to major attractions. A convenience store next to the hotel was useful for quick snacks.
the absence of a reservation system for the laundry service made it slightly inconvenient

Daily, they provide fresh towels and yukata directly to your door. IT felt very thoughtful. The staff responded promptly to requests and maintained high service standards throughout my visit.

small room ridiculous fee
The room was small!!! i have stayed in small rooms before, but this was beyond expectations. there was also a lack of common space for socializing with family or friends. We felt confined to our tiny rooms. the advertised pool had a ridiculous hourly fee.

great location short walk clean hotel smooth check-in small yukatas expensive breakfast inferior quality uncomfortable bed
i found the location great, just a short walk to the metro. the hotel was very clean. also, check-in was smooth and fast.
the Yukatas were too small, so i couldn't use the baths. the breakfast was expensive and not very good. the bed wasn't comfortable at all
