The hotel is very close to the Keisei Skyliner station. This made airport access easy. The hotel kept my luggage while I traveled. The console near the bed controls all room lights.

Self-service check-in machines were a bit clunky to use. The staff watched without much help.

The location is great, very near keisei skyliner ueno station. It's just 100 meters. breakfasts are good. ueno park scenery is nice. staff is helpful with a good command of spoken english.

I found the hotel to be very close to Keisei Ueno station. It was very convenient. The hands-free luggage service was helpful, allowing me to store my bags on arrival and departure days. The staff held our bags after checkout, which I found useful. The WiFi signal was steady, I could make video calls without interruption.

The room size was small and it became slightly difficult to manage luggage, especially with a larger suitcase.

I appreciated how close it was to ueno station. this made travel easy from narita airport. the hotel's proximity to ueno park provided a peaceful escape. i liked exploring the nearby shops and restaurants. Everything was so convenient.

The lobby was overcrowded with stored suitcases. It felt more like a storage facility than a hotel. I also found the breakfast room inadequate. It was hot and noisy (a REAL nightmare). it was overcrowded. It seems the hotel struggles with managing space efficiently.
