Fair stay, some issues noticed

The room size was smaller than I anticipated. It felt a little cramped, especially with luggage. The air conditioning unit made quite a bit of noise throughout the night (it bothered me a lot!). The breakfast options seemed limited after a few days. I wish they had a bit more variety or rotated the menu a little more often.

i appreciated the great location, steps away from the mrt. it was also a short walk to the station. the bed and pillows were comfortable. i found the in-house services for coffee, drinks, and snacks in the afternoon quite nice.
the rooms are very small. i had some difficulty accessing luggage because of this. hopefully this issue will be addressed.

fantastic locationexcellent selectionsmaller rooms
the LOCATION IS fantastic near Ginza and Takaracho Stations. I accessed it easily from the Keikyu Airport line. the single room accommodated my 70L luggage with no problem. the selection of lotion, tea, bath salt, coffee, and snacks AVAILABLE all day impressed me.
i stayed at their sister hotel in Osaka BUT this fell short of expectations. rooms felt significantly smaller here which was a surprise. laundry facilities were also absent which i found inconvenient.

BREAKFAST offers an excellent and varied selection of dishes. I found the provided snacks and the happy hour were quite enjoyable. The hotel really excels with its dining options and offerings.
