The room provided enough space. The bed was comfortable. I found hygiene products in the room upon arrival. The breakfast was varied and fresh with friendly staff. The location was quite convenient to the train station. I got there quickly using one bus stop.
The check-in process felt disorganized. It took longer than necessary. I found this frustrating after a long travel day.

The noise levels were a real problem all night. Guests were loud. slamming doors were constant. the self check-in process was a pain since the cards didn't work initially.

I found that basic amenities were lacking. there was no kettle or cups in the room. the bed headboard was loose, it moved around. the staff insisted on an online check-in, the accent and quiet speech of the staff made them difficult to understand.

the room was clean it included both a private toilet and shower. the sheets were also clean. the hostel provides a kitchen it has a wide entrance place. i found the location close to the central railway station very useful.
the check-in process had a long wait due to limited staff.

The reception staff provided excellent service. I greatly appreciated the cleanliness of the bed and provided fresh sheets. The hotel's proximity to the main station was especially useful (it saved a lot of time!). There was also a convenient play area for children.
The room's soundproofing was not ideal. Some street noise was noticeable.

lovely staffshared facilities
The bedroom had more than enough space for three people. the room had everything i needed. The linens and bathroom were very clean. the front of house staff were lovely and super friendly! the shared facilities had plenty of seats.
sheets are not included in the price though it only cost me a few euros more.
