The hotel offered complimentary coffee all day. I found this a very welcome perk. The staff was consistently friendly and helpful. My room was quiet because it was on a high floor. I also enjoyed the yogurt selection at breakfast.
The hotel only cleans the room after every third night. My room was not cleaned at all during my entire stay (and my waste bin became very full).

The breakfast included a fresh fruit salad and homemade smoothies. Vegetarian options were available. I appreciated the variety at breakfast (especially the fresh fruit).

the location is beautiful near the main station and the metro station i could walk from the hotel to many places if i wanted to the breakfast area and bar are very nice i did enjoy a good breakfast variety with fresh fruit salad. the staff are very friendly and spoke english

i noticed a self-service shop open all hours in the hall it looked useful if one needed a snack or some necessity the shop provides various food and essential hygienic products for the convenience of guests.

I found the lobby quite inviting. It smelled nice! grabbing a snack was super easy thanks to the available options. the water station was a major plus, ensuring hydration was always within reach. i loved the convenience!
Self check-in was a little slow-going. It took a bit of time.

Front desk personnel were very nice, AND helpful. self check-in could be tricky, BUT the staff assisted quickly. free beverages were available anytime near the reception desk. Coffee, choco, and water were included!

Free hot drinks were always available. This was a lovely touch. public transport access was very convenient. A bus stop sat 130m away. it took just seven minutes to reach the central train station! what easy!
