Public transportation access was very good. Breakfast included a choice more extensive than I had expected. Staff helped a lot when I needed something. The hotel is brilliantly located near Alexanderplatz and is served well by trams, U-Bahn, and S-Bahn.

I found the lack of shelves, cabinets, or bedside tables annoying.

The room was clean and super quiet at night, so I slept well! The shower and toilet are in separate spaces. This is convenient. The room was cleaned every day. towels were refreshed by hotel personnel.
